Please ensure that holidays or visits to see relatives are planned with these dates in mind as we are unable to approve any absence request during term time and you are likely to be fined by the Local Authority should you do so.  There is a clear correlation between school attendance and educational achievement and any absence from school places your child’s academic success at risk.
