Year 8s come in 3rd place for junior entrepreneur competition at West Middlesex University
On Tuesday 14th November, five Year 8 pupils went to West Middlesex University, where they were given a task to research how West Middlesex University can improve. They asked the university students on what would benefit them. Our pupils were junior apprentices, who went ahead with the idea of swimming pool and a buffet restaurant. Our pupils created the plan, costing and how it would benefit West Middlesex University students.
Their presentation was excellent. They came in 3rd place out of 12-15 schools that were participating. All of them were very well behaved and engaging. We are very proud of them. Glen Todd, (Reed Representative), extended his congratulations, praising our students on how wonderful they were.
