We have the exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced staff in a high-quality and well-resourced environment in the role of Subject Leader - PE & Sport. We are based in West London/Ealing. This position is to commence in September 2025.
Skills & Experience needed:
- The role of Subject Leader - PE & Sport involves leading the strategic and day-to-day coordination of a subject area, driving high standards in teaching and learning, developing curriculum and staff expertise, and ensuring continuous improvement in student outcomes.
- Applicants must be a qualified teacher with a degree in a related subject and UK-recognised teaching status (e.g. QTS, PGCE), with proven success in the teaching of their subject.
- Strong curriculum knowledge, including the National Curriculum and BTEC Post-16, with experience in target setting, assessment for learning, and improving student outcomes
- Committed to holistic education, with a clear understanding of effective teaching practices and a passion for extracurricular enrichment and interschool competition.
