Students studying on the degree programme are University students. They have support from an academic tutor, module tutors and from a whole host of support staff and services at the Learning Institute. 

Student Support Manager to support students who have a disability, medical condition or Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) including dyslexia. 

Registry Officer, the main point of contact for students with queries about mitigating circumstances or recognition of prior learning (RPL) 

The Academic Learning Resources team are on hand to help students access online library resources, offer tips for effective literature searches and support with general queries about referencing and ICT.  

Pastoral support provides a personal, confidential and independent source of support and advice.
