    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Technician Apprentice to join our supportive and welcoming team at Alec Reed Academy. This is a rare but fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their first steps into a career in Information and Communication Technology within an educational setting.

    This role is to work full-time, plus Professional Development days. You will spend 80% of your time working for the Academy and 20% dedicated to off-the-job training and study at your chosen college/provider. Typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00 dependent on the training schedule.

    Skills & Experience needed:

    • A keen interest in ICT, problem-solving and providing technical support
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office applications
    • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
