Teaching practice and ensuring high-quality lessons are of paramount importance, and ensuring our pupils reach their full potential through classroom learning is at the very heart of what we do. Staff development is an ongoing priority, with our MABLE provision being a key focus. Through Continued Professional Development during staff briefings, dedicated training days and calendared workshops, all student-facing staff engage in sessions to develop their knowledge and skills for supporting our MABLE pupils.

We are partnered with PiXL and Ealing Learning Partnership which grants us access to numerous high-quality training opportunities and resources for staff throughout the year. This allows us to engage in developmental opportunities whilst practice sharing with other colleagues across the borough, London and the rest of the country.
