    The Four Areas of SEND:

    1. Communication and Interaction – Support for students with speech, language, and social communication challenges, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

    2. Cognition and Learning – Assistance for students with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and global developmental delays.

    3. Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) – Strategies and interventions to support students facing emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, and behavioural challenges.

    4. Sensory and Physical Needs – Provision for students with visual or hearing impairments, physical disabilities, and sensory processing challenges.
